The Burden of Proof of Disability is Upon Us to prove you can no longer work at an SGA (Substantial Gainful Activity) Level, which is working and earning more than $1130.00 per month and this changes slightly each year.
The Social Security Administration Defines Disability as: Being unable to perform SGA for at least 12 months or longer; it is expected your condition will last 12 months or longer; or, your condition is expected to result in death.
Social Security will consider your age, education, your past relevant work for 15 years and the limitations caused by your medical conditions and impairments that have been diagnosed by medical sources.
